Clinic Passes - How They Work:

Our clinic passes are available in 1-, 2-, or 3-month packages for either once or twice a week. When you purchase a pass, you're enrolled in clinics on the same day and time each week for the duration of the pass. Payment is made upfront for the total number of classes. Please review our policy below regarding missed sessions.

Make-Up Policy

1. When a student is unable to attend their scheduled clinic, we strive to provide them with the option to make up for the missed session on another day within the same week or during the following week. However, please note that make-up sessions are subject to availability.

2. To explore the possibility of scheduling a make-up session, students should inform the instructor about their absence and their desire to make up the missed clinic. Our team will work closely with the student to assess the availability of suitable alternatives.

3. We cannot guarantee there will be room in another clinic for a make-up session. However, we will make every effort to accommodate the request and find a suitable solution.

4. It is important for students to communicate their availability and preferences for make-up sessions to the instructor or our staff in a timely manner. This will assist us in assessing the feasibility and finding an appropriate time slot.

5. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, such as inclement weather leading to the cancellation of a clinic, a clinic credit will be applied to the student's account. This credit can be used towards future clinics or lessons.

6. We understand the importance of providing fair opportunities for make-up sessions and will work closely with students to find alternative options if the originally desired make-up session is not available. By implementing this make-up policy, we aim to accommodate students' needs while considering the limitations of scheduling and resources. Open communication and collaboration will help us find suitable solutions for missed clinics, ensuring a positive experience for our students.
